Adaptive Fitness was founded on a simple idea: bring the adjustability that already lives across the rest of the fitness world — adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, and benches — to the medicine ball. Instead of a rack of single-weight balls eating up space and money, one ball with a patented removable weighted-band system shifts cleanly between 8, 12, and 16 pounds.
